1. Eat clean
Nutrition and our eating habits make the biggest difference to our health on all levels, including the skin. This is something many people may already know, but it can also be one of the hardest things to change.
Foods that can trigger eczema and skin problems

- Artificial additives
Eat more of
- Vegetables
- Sprouts
- Fermented vegetables
- Fruits and berries
- Healthy fats, such as various cold-pressed oils, extra virgin olive oil, and avocado

2. Take supplements
- Lactic acid bacteria can make a big difference for the skin, as the skin often reflects digestion, i.e., how the stomach is doing.
- Vitamin D is another product that many with eczema or other skin problems have had good results with. If you suspect a vitamin D deficiency, take at least 2000 IU per day.
- Zinc helps dry and problematic skin.
- Vitamin C supports collagen production, heals wounds, and reduces the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.

4. Counteract stress

Relaxation is key
Be careful with large amounts of stimulants like coffee, tea, cocoa, and alcohol. If you have trouble relaxing in the evening, meditation, relaxation exercises, calm music, or magnesium drinks are excellent aids.
5. Use natural products
Make sure your beauty, hygiene, and cleaning products are natural. If you have very sensitive skin, it may also be good to avoid fragrance in products even if they have natural ingredients.
