Mega Multi Advanced is an advanced dietary supplement containing more than 100 different substances, vitamins and minerals, amino acids, resveratrol, Q10, algae, vegetables, fruits, and herbs.

What the product provides:

• Phosphatidylserine. The brain’s cell membranes consist of 30 percent phospholipids, and phosphatidylserine in particular may be important for cognitive function.
• Folic acid in the form of bioidentical methylfolate. The main reason for this is that a large proportion of the population cannot convert synthetic folic acid into bioidentical folate due to reduced methylation capacity.
