Phosphatidylserine. The brain's cell membranes consist of 30 percent phospholipids, and phosphatidylserine in particular can be crucial for cognitive function.
Folic acid in the form of bioidentical methylfolate. The main reason for this is that a large portion of the population cannot convert synthetic folic acid to bioidentical folate due to reduced methylation capacity.
B12 from methylcobalamin.
