MaryRuth's Organic D3 + K2 Spray is a convenient spray-form dietary supplement for the whole family from 4 years of age. The product contains vegan-friendly vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 in the form of MK-7.

Why vitamin D?

Vitamin D is unique because we can both obtain it through our diet and produce it in the skin when it is exposed to sunlight. During the winter months, the sun's rays in Sweden are not strong enough for the skin to produce vitamin D, which means that a supplement may be appropriate.

These two vitamins work together and studies have shown them to be important for, among other things, bone health. Vitamin K2 complements vitamin D by helping maintain normal bone structure, and helping vitamin D with its transport into the skeleton/bone structure.

No unnecessary additives

The product contains only vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol from lichen and vitamin K2 in the form of menaquinone-7, as well as organic olive oil. Nothing else.
