Nettle & Coconut Fudge with lime, about 10 pieces
2 cups coconut flakes
2 tablespoons Holistic nettle
2 tablespoons coconut oil , soft non-liquid
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
1 tablespoon honey
3-4 teaspoons lime juice,
zest of two limes ecological
proceed as follows:
- Run coconut flakes in the food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients in addition to lime juice. Run until it has become a dough that you can shape into squares, do not add lime juice, one at a time.
- Shape into squares or place in a shape, square or rectangular, and set in the fridge for about 1 hour.
- Store in the refrigerator and prepare before serving.
